The Opportunistic Databases of Biodiversity Data Portals is a home-grown database of sources of data on species’ occurrences, range maps, traits, abundances, conservation status, invasiveness, and so on. To date, we have over 200 such data portals logged! Also included is a listing of useful R packages, a growing number of environmental data portals, georefrerencing resources and taxonomic name resolution services.
